Different

Assalamualaikum.
Hi, so today is the 3rd day of Syawal 1441 H which means
we're celebrating Hari Raya Aidilfitri already. So how's it going?
It was exceptionally different from the past Raya i guess? But not
for me. It was different, but not too different. Hehe, I guess I am
enjoying this Raya. Because to be honest the younger me would've
been more excited than this erm.. more matured version of me?
Haha. Guys, it's not that bad. I am still very happy with Raya season,
it just the old sparks is not the same. So many memories that l just
wont be able to do it anymore. Speaking of Raya, this year our Eid was
celebrated under CMCO (Conditional Movement Control Order).
The government declared that they only allowed the visitation among relatives
and families on the first day of Eid only. Well, some broke the rules.
But me? Of course me being me, as a good citizen for my beloved country
would just stay at home. But then my aunt said that she cooked my fav dishes.
And I just couldn't resist the temptation.. so i..... just ordered the
GrabDelivery and it only cost me RM5. Hhehehe, what a great apps.
But I feel pity to the driver because he had to bring me the food for the lazy me
so I gave him 'Duit Raya'. Not to brag or what but i think the small gesture
that we do actually can brighten up other's people day. Though it looks
like a simple thing but it could mean a whole big thing to others. Especially
when I see that pakcik smiling face and how surprised he is when he said
"Eh, terima kasih, susah-susah je. Tak sangka saya." Well in my mind I said
"Sorry, saya yang susahkan pakcik kot T_T" Did i mention that it was raining
during the delivery? ergh more point for me to feel guilty in that situation.

That's all for now.

PANDEMIC

Assalamualaikum.

Hi, so well, if one fine day, I ever read this blog again, or maybe another person who suddenly passed by my blog is reading this, urm, do you remember that one time when the world all around was affected with this pandemic called Covid-19? Yes i lived in that era. It was on a beautiful year called 2020. The year that I turned 25 (but only after December okay, so basically early 2020 I'm still 24. lol). I remember during my school year, we were singing this song - Wawasan 2020 thinking how great that year would be. With so many great technologies, robots, flying cars and anything very futuristic that I can never imagine. But here I am, in 2020, sitting in front of the laptop just exactly like how myself were during high school. Except I am maybe a bit taller? more matured? haha no more cringeeyyy worthyy postyy as what I had posted on my blog during that time. Oh my God, whenever I read back, I would like to slap it out of ma face (in a soft way) and saidd "What were u thinkinggggg huh? Come back to your sense" But then again, that was me in teenagers. Everyone had passed that one time in their phase of growing up (didnt they?). Okay back to my main point on posting this,.. Oh, actually i dont have any main point. I just want to start writing back. You can say I'm having a free time now. Yes, I am. During this pandemic that happening now, most of schools, workplace, highways were closed down.

We're all in this Movement Control Order (MCO) or Perintah Kawalan Pergerakan (PKP). And today is actually the second day of Ramadhan for 2020 or Day-39 of MCO. Oh but since I am writing this at night, we are entering the 3rd Ramadhan 1441H. Alhamdulillah, I still got the chance in welcoming this holy month and still be able to puasa with my family. This year is a bit different. It was unexpected that one day this would be happening. Since I graduated from university, I have always been told that when you started working, you wouldn't get that long holiday such as midsem break or a sem-break, cancelled class, and you can't even be lazy to come to work (unless if u are okay getting warnings from ur company and would like to be fired). And now, every time you wakes up, you'd be getting ready to go to work. Work, work work. But, since this pandemic is happening all around the world and Malaysia is one of the affected countries, suddenly you have to stop going to work for awhile. The MCO was enforced since 18th March 2020. It's been over a month now and our prime minister just announced two days ago that this MCO would be extended for another two weeks. Some people are about to lose their mind since they cant go out anymore and do the activities that they used to. Hanging out at the mall, meeting bunch of friends, doing outdoor activities, visiting people without a strong/valid excuses. We are all have to stay at home to keep our family safe from this virus. Only one of the family members can go out and buy the groceries. Fuh, quite challenging, isn't it? Because this is the first time Malaysian had to enforced this MCO. Or maybe this is the first time it's happening since my mum was born. hehe. Oh by the way, that's all for now. I've got things to do! Actually, I've got so many things to update but maybe, on some other time i will πŸ˜‚ Dear all, always take care of yourself whenever you are, okay? - Ainn πŸ’–
